We have spent over 32 years developing a strategy/process that will work for all of our customers regardless of the product.  The following is the culmination of years of work.  We hope our collaborative efforts show how hard we work for our customers through this process.

The following 4 Step Process is one that has taken years to develop.  We have been told as long as we have a process we must keep it in writing so as to let others know exactly how we handle their needs.

1. Information Gathering Phase - Through our meetings and post meeting contact we procure the data necessary to begin the next phase.  This phase can include obtaining any and all information required to allow underwriting to quote the product.  We work very hard to assure that our information gathering efforts are a true collaborative effort with the client.  The work we do together creates a true experience for the client.  Our work together assists us to put the full array of products to meet their needs.
2. Marketing Phase - Once we have gathered all the information necessary for underwriting we can now begin the Marketing Phase.  This is where we take the information gathered, transpose it onto industry standard applications, then forward it to the various insurance companies we will approach for the specific product we are attempting to place. 
3. Proposal Phase - Finally our collaborative work has paid off with a true insurance program.  This program is the clients needs being met through the experience of creating the proper insurance program which is based upon our collaboration.  This is truly the completion of the tasks to assure our potential client that we have met or exceeded their coveage needs.
4. Service Phase - Most other insurance brokerage's end with the sale.  We believe that the sale is just the begining of our working relationship.  Once we have begun this relationship we believe you will see what the difference is.  Our rapid response, knowledge of the industry, integrity, and relational skills separate us from all the other firms.
